Challenge
To create a simple but engaging New Hire Orientation presentation. This is the first piece of content new hires go through as soon as they sign the offer letter. When they join the company, they dive deeper in the Onboarding experience.
Solution
This is a simple project but a great touch to the candidate experience. It’s not common to see new hires get a company presentation in the format of e-learning before their first day. I see this piece as an interactive document.
Results
Higher employee engagement as the new hires got more familiar with the business and company values right at the beginning of the onboarding process.
