For this training, I wanted to allow the learner to choose their own path in their learning journey.

By using different types of characters in different positions, it’s possible for the learner to experience teaching something to a new hire, learning something from an expert and sharing activities with a peer. This way, the experience is very complete and ensures that we go over different levels of the Kirkpatrick’s training evaluation model.
