To create an engaging training experience for new hires in a call center/ customer chat service department at a Consumer Goods company.
The creation of a “Customer Service WOW simulator” where new hires can make decisions about their learning experience (pick Avatar, choose name and level) and can feel like they’re experiencing real-life situations that will most likely happen on their day to day at their job.
I had so much fun creating this training and playing with UX and UI design principles. I think the experience is also really impactful for the learners as they have the ability to create their own experience while going through the content.
